Project Manager
The Project Manager at Bespoke Real Estate is responsible for overseeing and managing the onboarding process for new property listings, ensuring each listing receives meticulous attention to detail and is positioned effectively in the market. This role involves collaborating closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies and the delivery of high-quality marketing materials. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversight and Management of onboarding Bespoke Real Estate Listings
- Manage budgets and oversee timelines
- Collaborate with Bespoke Real Estate’s listing sales team to determine key selling features of new listings
- Ensure properties are positioned and messaged appropriately
- Assist in the description and copywriting related to the listings
- Ensure that directions for capturing photo and video are clear, highlighting the unique selling points
- Ensure graphic designers have a clear direction for creating listing marketing content
- Proofing and Editing of all marketing material to meet the high brand standards Bespoke is renowned for
- Manage all client and vendor communication
- Schedule and attend property walkthroughs

Bespoke is offering an exciting opportunity for a Video & Photo Editor Intern to join our team. This position will provide hands-on experience in video editing, photo manipulation, and graphic design in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have a passion for visual storytelling and be eager to learn and grow in a dynamic creative setting.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Film Production, Media Studies, or related field
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs
- Basic knowledge of photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
