Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to work full-time (schedule to be further defined and may be inclusive of some weekend days) out of our Water Mill location.

Candidate must have great phone etiquette, be organized and friendly. Duties include but are not limited to: proactive sales and marketing tasks, phone management, calendar management, scheduling, research, mailing, data entry, office management, etc.


Bookkeeper

We are seeking a Bookkeeper to work Part Time during the week out of our Water Mill Location.

Candidate must be detailed oriented, extremely organized, have good knowledge of Mac computers and extensive experience in Quickbooks. Duties include but are not limited to: process and recording payroll, processing bills for payment, perform bank reconciliations and upload bank transactions from previous day.


Junior Graphic Designer

We are seeking an in-house graphic designer. Must have excellent knowledge of Mac computers, PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Should have at least a basic understanding of web design, WordPress, and Squarespace. Candidate needs to be highly organized with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills and good command of the English language are a must. Daily requirements will consist of editing photos, brochure layouts, ad layouts, creating email blasts, updating website content on company website and full-scale branding projects. Ability to work on digital and social media campaigns is a plus.

Effective communication skills and good command of the English language are a must. Candidate will be required to work on digital marketing and social media campaigns.
