The main stable support building comprises a feed room, tack room, wash stalls, and storage area on the main level. Upstairs features a gracious 1,225 SF+/- apartment with an open-concept kitchen, living room, and dining area, plus two light-filled bedrooms and a full bathroom.
Double-Height
As the hub of operations, building D contains 2,430 SF+/- of office space, additional wash stalls, a laundry room, and a half bathroom on the main level. As well as a 930 SF+/- apartment featuring two bedrooms, living space and a full bathroom.
Equal in every way to the main stable the secondary stables consist of, several stalls, a fully equiped wash stall, feed and storage room, tack room as well as a wood-clad second level lounge.
