This seamlessly accessible space opens to the en-suite guest bedrooms of the primary residence on one side, and the indoor living and dining areas on the other, opening to veranda terraces, courtyards, and the pool area.
Interiors by Ward & Co. emphasize material integrity, texture, and restraint. Curated Neutral, Rose, and Green soft-finish palettes are available for selection, each layered within a consistent framework of fixed natural materials.
Bedrooms feature reclaimed oak flooring, plaster walls, and woven bamboo detailing, covered veranda terraces, and vaulted ceilings in select rooms. Bathrooms include limestone flooring, reclaimed timber and limestone vanities, plaster and limestone surfaces, irregular mosaic tile accents, and select outdoor bathroom environments as well as a copper free-standing soaking tub in the primary bathroom.
The exterior is defined by a series of pavilion-style structures set among landscaped courtyards, creating a layered progression from arrival to water. An infinity pool with sun decks and a pool house pavilion anchor the ocean-facing edge of the property.
