What is the buy-side commission?

The buy-side commission is the portion of the total commission that goes to the brokerage that brought the buyer.

What is the direct-to-client model?

Traditional brokerages provide service to independent agents, and by extension, independent agents represent buyers and sellers. Bespoke is the only brokerage that works directly with our clients without dilution.

Where does Bespoke operate?

Bespoke primarily operates in the Hamptons, Manhattan, and South Florida and has headquarters in all three locations. Bespoke additionally represents select $10M+ properties upon request in other top U.S. and international markets.
