She represents premier estates and sophisticated clientele with precision, discretion, and a deep understanding of the seasonal rental landscape.
Before returning home to East Hampton, Caroline spent over a decade in Manhattan working in private equity. Her background in finance brings a disciplined, analytical approach to her role — from pricing strategy and asset positioning to relationship management and negotiation. She understands that in the luxury rental market, performance is driven by preparation, timing, and trust.
