Cody Vichinsky is the President and Founding Partner of Bespoke Real Estate, and is responsible for heading up business development and sales.
He graduated from New York University with a double major before becoming the Director of a large data analytics firm that provided business intelligence strategies to international blue-chip clients.
Cody's background in data analytics and ability to remember market details around key price points, sectors, and transaction history enabled him and his brother, Zach, to move to the Hamptons and assist real estate developers in finding new development opportunities. Through his deep understanding of the market, Cody delivered new and nuanced insights into an otherwise outdated and opaque industry.
At Bespoke, Cody led the company to break multiple records, including the highest average sales price in the nation and the most expensive single property sold in Hamptons' history. He was also instrumental in architecting Bespoke's innovation to become the first brokerage to offer their clients a 1% list side commission. Under his leadership, Bespoke has transacted over $8 billion in $10M+ properties.
Cody resides full time in the Hamptons with his wife and two daughters. He continues to focus on data as a major pillar of Bespoke's success and growth while also providing unparalleled service to his clients.
